Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Inside Sales Team and Management to attain your personal performance goals and those goals established by the Management Team. 
 

*Helping to develop and implement strategic and tactical sales/promotion plans for assigned territory consistent with the company’s sales and profit goals. 

1. Manage existing customers. Maintain good relations in order to increase sales.
2. Find new prospects that fit our customer profile. 
3. Ensure that we, as a sales team, provide exceptional customer service. 
4. Ensure the team acts in accordance with company policies, procedures and term of sales. 
5. Provide feedback to Management regarding customer needs, new trends, opportunities and

    marketing data. 
6. Complete required paperwork in a timely fashion.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to complete essential duties satisfactorily. A basic understanding of customer service and contract manufacturing is very important. The ability to function as a team member/builder, to communicate effectively and to plan activities needed to meet the company’s sales and profit goals is vital. Cooperation with other team members, departments and the corporation is a must.
