ASSET Project Coordinator

Coordinate third party security assessments and projects as part of the Secure Product Lifecycle (SPLC).
Facilitate project meetings with applicable stakeholders.
Coordinate project related logistics: organize schedules and set up meetings, prepare for on-site or remote requirements, coordinate vendor travel and expenses, follow-up and contact project stakeholders for accountability and status updates, organize and track action items.
Proactively manage calendars, schedule key meetings, coordinate all aspects for small and large group meetings with the ability to perceive needs and enable the meeting objectives to be achieved (i.e., arranging for time zones, presentation materials, attendee requirements, and documentation).
Work with other ASSET team members to coordinate planning between projects.
Proactively work with key stakeholders such as ASSET, Product teams, IT, Procurement, and external Vendors to ensure successful projects.
Define, enter, track and analyze project data and metrics to measure and improve the impact of the security assessments.
Bachelor degree and at least 1 to 3 years of experience working in project coordination or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (will interface with external partners and vendors, also Adobe product teams and management).
High level of professionalism with the ability to communicate at various levels within the company.
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and analytical ability.
Dependability: meets commitments, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, and stays focused under pressure.
Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential matters and an ability to exercise good judgment and discretion with sensitive issues.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience with MS Excel.
No travel required.
ASSET Project Coordinator
- AAssist ASSET PM focused on vendor management and third party security assessments
o Work with external security vendors, ASSET Researchers and Product teams, as it relates to coordinating and setting up project logistics and details.
o Lead and/or facilitate project meetings as needed.
o Coordinate corresponding paperwork: MSAs/SOWs/NDAs/POs
o Connect with our product, service and IT teams for preparation, status and sunset reviews of projects, including reviewing opportunities for more efficient processes.
§ Offer solutions to improve the current processes and proactively communicate ideas and suggestions.
o Tie in 3rd party assessment data and results into JIRA, ASSET Security data management tool
-Where time allows (in order of priority):
o Assist Digital Marketing PM focused on vendor management and third party security assessments
o Assist ASSET PM team with planning, coordination, and logistics pertaining to events, training and conference planning.
o Assist ASSET Security team with project coordination activities.
