Job Responsibilities
- Inspect precision made plastic and metal parts to drawings
- Inspect full assembly of functional products
- Collect data/assist QA team to collect product shipment records
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in mechanical inspection of machined parts is desired.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Be able to read and understand GD&T symbols.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Final QA.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Quick learner, open, and able to adapt with new tasks and processes.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as working in a team environment.
- Must have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work and environment.
Additional Qualification Requirement:
- Understanding Gage R&R and SPC is a plus.
- Skills in operating metrology equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirement:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
