Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure material availability including resolution of shortage issues
  • Maintenance
  • Demand planning, order generating and delivery tracking
  • Stock monitoring and management
  • Planning of transports and time windows
  • Tracking of deadlines in terms of change management
  • Communication with customer and supplier
  • Tracking and documenting of supplier delivery performance
  • Management of critical situations in terms of procurement of parts
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Support of the container management process
  • Initiating and support of cycle counts if stock discrepancies appear

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the field of material planning / administration and logistics
  • Experience in the automotive industry resp. in supplier branchling
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft-Office-Application (especially MS Excel)
  • Good understanding / experience in ERP- and MRP-Systems
  • FMEA
  • Transport Norms
  • Ability to understand complex requirement schedules // Ability to escalate to senior personnel at 
  • Negotiation in price and technical requests
  • Mentoring / Coaching
