Job Description
• Lead implementation of commerce features on RESTful APIs.
• Understand terms and conditions under which a solution scope is to be delivered
• Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified risks and options with substantiated recommendations as appropriate
• Provide effective monitoring and controlling during the lifecycle of projects. Where appropriate, initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk
• Communicate project progress to project stakeholders, through regular meetings and timely status updates including weekly status reports in the PARTS system.
• Achieve project and business objectives for budget, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction by monitoring, correcting, forecasting the estimate to completion and reporting on project progress
• Be the single point of contact to the customer for the delivery of services.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Manage own workload including accurate effort estimating.
• Work with business users on priorities/goals and work towards meeting those goals.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and presence
• Effective working with both the technical project team and the business team.
• The ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and senior management.
• Understands the ins and outs of the scrum process.
• Excellent presentation oral and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead by influence and impact business decisions/processes through effective networking
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Must have good presentation skill.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with AWS and RESTful services a plus
