Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Sales Representative (Remote) located in South Plainfield, NJ. The Country Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams in Vietnam (Sales & MKT director, MD, R&D, etc.) to develop sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

1.        Be a representative of the company to find and sign contracts with customers in international markets, especially in the US.

§  Receive customer information from function teams in Vietnam.

§  Approach and work with customers to introduce the company's brands and products.

§  Collect and update customer requirements.

§  Collaborate with functional teams in Vietnam (Sales & MKT Director, MD, R&D, ..) to smoothly process orders and on schedule.

§  Plan and develop strategies to look for potential customers.

§  Analyze and make reports of monitoring customers/order processing and update to BOD.

2.        Build up and maintain relationship with customers.

§  Build and analyze criteria to evaluate customer service quality.

§  Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new abroad potential customers.

§  Handle customer complaints throughout the order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.

3.        Others

§  Participate garment exhibition/marketing events for promoting company brand.

§  Stay up to date on new trends and developments.

§  Advise BOD for legislative risk (if any).

Job Requirements

1.        Qualification

§  Graduate from major in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.

2.        Knowledge

§  Expertise in both Knit & Woven

§  Understanding of US Market

3.        Skills

§  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.

§  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with customers.

§  Management and planning skills.

4.        Experience

§  At least 10-15 years of experience in Garment Industry, vendor or buyer or garment sourcing with a focus on brand expansion and growth in US market. (required)

§  Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executives, or a relevant role.

5.        Other

§  Ability to work under high pressure.
