Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager in Fremont, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product and service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management
- Knowledge of industrial and embedded computing technologies
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and requirements
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
