Job Responsibilities
- To meet or exceed sales quota
- Collaborate with business development team on the campaign activity for project design win
- Develop the success into a new business and work closely on prospective accounts via referrals, leads and other qualified resources
- Represent company to promote products by attending a trade show, business meeting and new product launch event, etc.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure the account services met or exceeded the customer’s expectation
- Understand the market, key players and the opportunity in the Embedded Market arena
- Communicate with product manager in regard of customer’s needs/feedback for the applicable solutions or improvement
- Prepare and negotiate sales contract with best possible terms and conditions for company with customers to achieve a win-win deal
- Provide professional and quality services to internal/external customers
- Collaborate with other sales associates to share the information on the selling strategies and market trends of Embedded Markets
- Effectively train and assist Assistant Account Manager to work on the open issues with customers and provide the support
- Follow company’s polices
- Provide sales forecast and weekly status report to the management team
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written are required
- Proven record of met or exceeded sales quota
- A strong leadership with a good sense of team player
- A strong problem solving skill
- Self- motivated, initiative and creative
- Ability to prioritize tasks/projects under the directions of the company
- A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in Embedded hardware industry
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer calls on a regular basis
- International sales experiences preferred
- A solid knowledge of company products is plus
- Computer literacy, including but not limited to, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and company ERP system
- BS/ MS degree in engineering major is preferred
