Job Responsibilities

• Within 30 days of starting, adapt to new training procedures, have an understanding of
• the different products built and the skills and tools used in assembly.
• Ensure all the standard procedures are followed and completed properly.
• Within 60 days of starting, have a strong understanding of assembly, crimping, welding,
• and soldering procedures.
• Ensure all the assembly procedures performed on the battery packs pass the quality
• standards and meet the deadline.
• Within 90 days of start, have the ability to understand materials used, technical
• drawings, and production procedures to build excellent products.
