Job Responsibilities

• Review complex Federal and multi-state tax returns business entities-partnerships
• Deliver clear requests for information via phone or email directly to clients 
• Research Federal, state, and cross-border tax issues 
• Strategize with partners and the client engagement teams on tax planning 
• Work closely with the management team to mentor, train, and supervise staff 

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s degree
• CPA (For all Management level staff)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manage deadlines and client work
• Bill clients accordingly
• Collect outstanding receivables
• Partnership tax experience - preferably in the Private Equity/Investment Partnership industry 
• Familiarity with special allocations and partnership agreements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Managerial experience with staff and clients
