Job Responsibilities
· Test products or sub-assemblies for functionality or quality
· Monitor or adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
· Assist Engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products,
procedures, or processes
· Evaluate design drawings for new or changed tools by measuring dimensions on
the drawings
· Prepare layouts and drawings of parts to be made and of the process for
assembling
· Review instructions and blueprints for the project to ensure the test specifications
and procedures are followed and objectives are met
· Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and
recommendations for changes in product or test method
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A.A. degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering,
training programs or certificates relating to the manufacturing field or work
experience equivalent of an Engineering Technician.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
LANGUAGE: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
SKILLS:
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions
· Accuracy for documentation
· Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and
employees
· Knowledge of ISO-9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610
