Job Description
Assist Engineers in Daly production support manufacturing optimization.
Assist in the development of layouts or floorplans, and documents procedures with the goal or improving operations
Perform measurements and collect data for engineering experiments and production builds.
Perform failure analysis on nonconforming materials and test & troubleshoot the product
Support Manufacturing build for process, material, and qualification of engineering design changes.
Support implementation of tools and fixtures.
Support WI (Work Instruction) changes
Identify areas for manufacturing and product improvements.
Support build plan for instruments are achieved on a daily basis.
Be the “go to” person for escalation of production technical issues.
Skills using basic equipment such as Volt/Ohm meter, Calipers, Mechanical tools and Torque analyzer.
Skills using Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Work, and Office.
Team player able to work across organization to achieve goals.
