Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. parts
- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation
- Responsible for FA inspection process
- Responsible for PCBA inspection
- Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- FDA-STD requirements is a plus
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical test equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills and attention details
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
