Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing reports and correspondence for CEO and VP of Operations.
  • Attend meetings and takes meeting notes.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and coordinate with Purchasing to finalize travel.
  • Assist the CEO and VP of Operation with expense report, data entry and scanning documents. 
  • Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for CEO and VP of Operations.
  • Assist and handle event planning with customers, scheduling and support. Including ordering lunches, snacks.
  • Coordinate and assist with training registration and preparing training certificates.
  • Assist HR with recruiting, scheduling candidates for in-person and phone interviews, onboarding and hiring procedures.
  • Provide basic and accurate information via phone, in-person and email. 
  • Assist with On-boarding for new hires -- working with IT, Facilities, and HR to secure tools, access to software, PC/Laptop and other equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

·         3 to 5 years of Administrative Experience

·         BA Degree or relevant experience

·         Proficient in MS Word/Excel, PowerPoint

·         Good written and verbal skills

·         Good organizational skills

·         Ability to prioritize tasks
