Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing reports and correspondence for CEO and VP of Operations.
- Attend meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and coordinate with Purchasing to finalize travel.
- Assist the CEO and VP of Operation with expense report, data entry and scanning documents.
- Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for CEO and VP of Operations.
- Assist and handle event planning with customers, scheduling and support. Including ordering lunches, snacks.
- Coordinate and assist with training registration and preparing training certificates.
- Assist HR with recruiting, scheduling candidates for in-person and phone interviews, onboarding and hiring procedures.
- Provide basic and accurate information via phone, in-person and email.
- Assist with On-boarding for new hires -- working with IT, Facilities, and HR to secure tools, access to software, PC/Laptop and other equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· 3 to 5 years of Administrative Experience
· BA Degree or relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Word/Excel, PowerPoint
· Good written and verbal skills
· Good organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks
