Job Responsibilities
· Supervise the Inside Sales Team
o Monitor and provide sales team metrics to management
§ Number of RFQs
§ Number of P.O.s
§ Revenue
· Work with each sales person to identify new part numbers
· Work with Finance to establish commission
o Provide business guidance to the team for working with customers and negotiating to win P.O.s
o Provide training, working with company management
· Personal Revenue Generation responsibilities:
o Revenue growth responsibilities for assigned House Accounts to expand Green’s business
o Revenue growth responsibilities for inbound lead / quote requests
§ May take primary responsibility for certain accounts – primarily those that have strong TAM opportunities
§ Some accounts will be transitioned to Outside Sales
§ Other accounts may be managed by other Inside Sales personnel, such as Contentz
o Secure Purchase Orders from new and existing customers
o Review customer documents and engage with customer to secure necessary information
o Mostly will engage with customers via phone / email
o Periodic travel to customer may be required
· Respond to inbound lead/quote requests
o Acknowledgement to the customer that we received their request immediately
o Initiate the quote
§ Quotes will mostly be managed by the Quote Team
§ If consignment – possibly do the quote themselves
§ If turnkey – configure BOM and get to the material quoting team
o Follow up on recently submitted quotes from various Green employees
· Advising potential customers of all available Green Circuits services
· Understand technical detail regarding Green’s capabilities, and sell customers’ Green’s value propositions
· Setting up meetings for the outside sales team when appropriate
· Work closely with BU Managers to ensure P.O. fulfillment
· Transition of newly quoted/won customers to appropriate PM team member as directed
· Sort through lead lists and assign to appropriate salesperson, Contentz or marketing for follow up strategy
· Sales administration work:
o Supporting customer visits – coordination and scheduling
o Create a repository for marketing collateral and presentations and keep it updated
o Fill out or facilitate the filling out of customer RFI’s or other forms
o Assist with gathering content for marketing releases
o General follow up on marketing actions
o Trade show coordination and attendance
o Track activity with the EMS industry and report to Sales team monthly
· Other activities as assigned
