Job Description

 

We are looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for the daily execution of inventory management related tasks in the stockroom.  This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Execute processes to properly label, place and pick all material
  • Create ("kit"), release, material issue, complete, and close work orders for internal builds while also making corrections to released work orders, as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation is prepared for internal processing of raw material and sub-assemblies for both internal and external orders
  • Complete necessary transactions for all material movements to ensure material is accounted for properly
  • Participates in inventory process and daily audits; researches and resolves inventory discrepancies

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in an inventory role, relevant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college courses or degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control software systems; ERP experience is a plus
  • US citizen or US Permanent Resident in accordance with ITAR compliance requirements, as defined by 22 D.F.R. & 120.15 is required
