Job Responsibilities
1. Order Processing:
- Oversee the order intake and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address order-related issues and inquiries.
2. Warehouse Coordination:
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory management and order picking processes.
- Ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
3. Logistics Management:
- Select and manage transportation carriers to ensure cost-effective and on-time deliveries.
- Plan and optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and reduce transit times.
4. Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock outs.
- Implement inventory control strategies to improve accuracy and reduce carrying costs.
5. Quality Control:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and implement improvements based on performance metrics.
7. Cost Management:
- Control and optimize logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and packaging expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
8. Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and supervise fulfillment and logistics staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
9. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Implement safety measures to protect employees and products.
Job Requirements
5+ years warehouse management experience
· Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
· Familiarity with quality control and inventory management best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/tools.
· Capable to support quarter end schedule
Forklift Certificate
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
