Job Description
Be on time at the workstation
Using uniform given by the company, taking care of it and keeping it clean. Also using the individual safety equipment provided by the company according to the workstation
Applying for the Standardized Work and respect all operating instructions at the workstation; Carrying out cockpit assembly for the specific workstation(s) with the required quality and according to the production standards within the cycle
Improving effectiveness by using and applying ACT Standard
Being part of the emergency team of the shift
Communication with other workers from other ACTs
Attending daily TOP 5 meetings
Taking part in the improvement process
Training of new assembly workers upon request
Following local health & safety regulations
Reading actual information on the different boards
Responsible for ensuring product quality (AUTO INSPECTION)
Communication of all problems with the product or at the workstation to the ACT Leader or Supervisor
Applying 5S standards, keeping the workstation clean and tidy, being responsible for the tools and installations at the workstation
Being on the disposition of the Supervisor to cover possible absences

Job Requirements
Knowledge of Production/Mfg.
3-5 years experiences in operations
High School or equivalent
Knowledge of Automotive Industry
Good Leadership to coach and mentor team
Good Communication and written skills
Good computer skills
