Job Description

Responsible for all Engineering correspondence (ME issues) between customer and the company, and carry out necessary co-ordination with internal departments
Establish and maintain the product assembly BOM (Bill of Material) to meet the products specification
Ensure critical areas required for inspection are listed in the Quality inspection guideline.

Perform failure mode analysis. (FMEA / PFMEA)
Carry out and support production line and product system test
Plan and implement problem free production process to meet the quality and plan output target
 Implement production control to ensure quality products are produced on time for delivery
 Participate in the statistical process control and quality improvement program
Plan and coordinate on all fixtures fabrications, equipment requirements, and qualify new process flow
Review the process standard time and drive improve output and timing
Monitor on the production reject or scraps and reduce the line defects
 Plan, run, and qualify the new product run
 Implement rework methods and monitor on all rework due to Engineer Change Order (ECO)
 Ensure all workers under his/her supervision have obtained necessary training
The qualification of fixtures fabricated and its use on the production line, the process flow and output achieve
The approval of rework methods in compliance to IPC and/or customer standards change of the process/machine parameters
