Job Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using the appropriate masking materials.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and/or instructions
- Perform staking, potting, and coating as instructed
- Handle automated dispensing/coating robots as requested
- Identify and choose the right tools to use while masking/demasking
Job Requirements
- The most critical skill – dexterity, ability to use tweezer to handle very small and delicate components under microscope.
- Excellent dexterity, ability to work on small components under microscope
- Ability to read, understand, and follow printed circuit boards drawings
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to follow ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards
- Experiences with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus.
