Job Responsibilities
- Assist in production activity control to meet assigned business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional department teams to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime to complete job orders on-time and within customer specifications.
- Review production plans to identify and report potential risks to management.
- Communicate production updates to management and customers on a regular basis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities.
- Present and proactively provide detailed, concise, and current updates on assigned programs regularly to management.
- Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.
- Coordinate with department management and supervisors in resolving production planning and control issues.
- Coordinate processing and shipment for customer orders according to the schedule established by management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete job orders on-time and within customer specifications.
- Serve as main point of contact for program progress and delivery between internal cross-functional teams and the end customer.
- Facilitate flow of correct and accurate information between internal parties.
- Manage and drive materials for multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, ensuring that all materials arrive on time and meet rigorous provided specifications.
- Evaluate constantly shifting bills of materials and drive any ECNs/ECOs to meet build dates.
- Provide detailed, accurate, and consistent updates to the customer regarding program and project materials and manufacturing statuses.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in NPI manufacturing, supply chain, and program management
- Extremely proactive, with the ability to self-manage and take full ownership of assigned work.
- Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to management and end customers.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Fluency in English required, Mandarin is a plus.
