Job Description
You will be responsible for On-Time-Delivery of quality products, planning, process improvement, productivity improvement, analysis, skill training, and staffing, as well as other assigned duties
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling and overseeing production processes and work flow
- Cost estimating and cost management of production
- Provide accurate time and labor reporting to management
- Ensuring products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing operational strategies for lead-time, cost reduction, process improvement, on-time delivery and resource planning
- Analyzing processes and proposing recommendations to streamline core processes, minimizing complexity, training and data duplication
- Hire, train and evaluate staff
- Provide business leadership and inspiration to the team to maintain high morale and a positive work environment
- Ensuring a safe work environment
- Strong working knowledge or ERP systems, and MS Office
- Leadership, and team development
- Strong communication skill
Job Requirements
- 5+ years production management experience, cable assembly experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Majoring in ME, EE or IE.
Skills:
- Professional Knowledge: Planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. IPC 620A Workmanship Standards or equivalent. ISO Quality System standard, ISO 9001:2008, AS 9100 a plus.
Software:
- ERP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point
