Primary interface and overall business management of assigned customers. Coordinate the definition of the customer engagement strategy and drive customer objectives. Coordinate the Customer Action Team member’s activities. Coordinate internal resources to meet or exceed internal and customer expectations.
Manage the communication and expectations with the customer.
Manage overall Customer RFQ and quotations process and maintain pricing with the customer.
Manage and monitor account health metrics and track and report actions/issues.
Champion and drive overall account satisfaction to insure account growth
Coordinate with Business Development & Sales to assimilate new programs internally
Must possess excellent language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and concepts Ability to understand customer motivation and underlying objectives and translate these into objectively defined tasks to be accomplished is critical. Must be able to effectively work with key levels and personnel and customers in an objective and rational manner. Ability to plan and direct multiple and complex business functions in a dynamic environment. Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials, assembly drawings specifications. Knowledge of the manufacturing process flow for PCBAs and Systems Int Quality driven committed individual with attention to detail and a passion for success. Represent Green Circuits to the customer base with a high degree of profession Strong computer skills and Microsoft office software with high proficiency in Excel and Power Point
