Job Description
This position will be working alongside a team of professional, highly skilled team members. Good interdepartmental communication, industry knowledge and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are key skills we’re looking for in candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing products by performing quality checks post process - SMT, PTH and Mechanical
- Verify Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and other supporting manufacturing documentation was implemented correctly.
- First Article Inspection validation for assembly processes, as required
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) for class-2 & 3
- Read and understand manufacturing instructions
- Ability to use a computer and navigate basic programs
- Basic electronic component recognition and testing. Example testing resistor and capacitor values using a Digital Muli-Meter (DMM)
- Work under a microscope for long periods to detect and record defects.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs as needed. Since some of our products are rather large.
- Basic soldering and repair: e.g. fixing tombstone or bridges
