Job Description
Maintain exceptional quality for a high mix of battery packs throughout production and in final quality inspections. Foster positive communication with production and management to improve quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
· Within 30 days of start, have a clear understanding of their role in ***’s quality system and a basic understanding of the MRP system and how it relates to their day to day role.
· Ability to execute inspections based on drawings, spec sheets, and test procedures. Properly use equipment to conduct inspections and produce the required reports.
· Within 60 days of start, strong understanding of Factory Track and related QMS & procedures.
· Learn basic IPC 610 “Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies” principles and how they apply to packs produced by ***.
· Within 90 days of start, have deep understanding to be able to provide guidance on quality improvements for products process and documentation.
