This company is the acronym for "Semiconductor Test Architects" - we are the architects with leading technologies for semiconductor test solutions. This is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our production team by working efciently in a fast-paced environment and help with system-level inspection and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain & manufacture probe cards to ensure a healthy probe card inventory to support production committed targets.
- Work closely with probe card, process, and product engineers to troubleshoot probe card related issues.
- Assist and participate in improvement projects.
- Be able to assist in training new probe card Technicians and operators.
- Recommend and execute corrective actions relating to the probe card.
- Adhere to safety guidelines in the production environment and promote a safety-conscious culture.
Job Requirements
- Probe card experience is required
- Able to use microscope for prolonged periods.
- Knowledge of electronic components (resistor, capacitor, IC, and diode).
- Knowledge in probe card checking, cleaning probe pin adjustment, PRVX, PRVX III machine or other equivalent probe card analyzer.
- Experience in troubleshooting probe cards/ electronic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 requirements.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
