Job Description

The Field Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the designated region. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
  2. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  3. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  4.  Assist in development and facilitation of facility recruiting programs to include: leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position; efficiently and effectively filling open positions; and, conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine program effectiveness.
  5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  6. Research, recommend and source candidates through a variety of resources; job fairs, postings, social networks etc.
  7. Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.

Organizational Relationship:

Consults and coordinates with Facility and Corporate Management to provide assistance regarding employment recruiting policies and procedures.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; WORD, EXCEL, Outlook

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required communicate verbally. Frequent travel is required.

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess some experience in recruiting and hiring. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of both experience and ed
