Job Description
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the designated region. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates based on job requisitions provided by Hiring Managers using Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Placement Ads, Networking, Cold Calling, and External Placement Agencies.
- Conduct the initial screening to determine the suitability and interest of Candidates and provide the Candidates with information on the position and our company.
- Manage and coordinate interviews between Candidates and Hiring Managers
- Identify potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing, and ATS
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates
- Integrate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies
- Collaborate with account manager/director to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
- Extends verbal offers of employment to Candidates in consultation with the Hiring Managers and within the guidelines of the Company’s Compensation policy.
- Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation are completed for all Candidates throughout the sourcing process.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with Candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring Cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including Hiring Managers.
Job Requirements
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Knowledge and past use of a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
- Good experience in sourcing for the Finance, IT & Engineering requirements.
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Prioritize multiple functions, and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- At least 3 years recruiting experience in staffing & recruiting industry.
