Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities center around relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, and inventory management. This include, but is not limited to:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Managing good business relationships, providing prompt customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Managing all communication with customers including resolution of conflicts, price negotiation to maximize profit for the company, contract review and negotiation, and order and quality issues.
Negotiating and reviewing all customer agreements and business terms.
Creating and conducting effective presentations (company profile, product roadmap, and value proposition) that inspire prospective customers to partner with ***.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of activities such as sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
Leading or assisting new business development and market projections with the Business Development or Product Management departments to work out sales strategies.
Working closely and leading communication with the project management team, quality team, and customers to identify what are the required quality standards and expectations.
Resolving order and inventory management by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and proactively engaging cross-functionally within the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information System, Marketing, and/or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of sales, account management, and customer service experience with network appliances and/or industrial computer industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and managing, negotiating, and closing deals.
Ability to travel to customers’ locations to lead discussions, negotiate, or for any other reason
Knowledge of LANs and Networking infrastructure
Experienced with negotiations, presenting, sales planning and pipelines, and forecasting
Comfortable communicating over the phone, written, and in person, with professional etiquette
Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; and CRM systems including SAP.
