• A Series 65, ChFC, or equivalent (7/66 combo that can be converted into a 65)
• CFPs are preferred, but we know there are a lot of great advisors out there who haven't taken the plunge.
• Leave your commission products behind.
• Open-minded and ready to grow.
• Team player attitude is a must.

Compensation: Production payouts 70% (nearly double the industry average)

Working Days/Hours: No mandatory office hours since this is fully remote
