Job Responsibilities
- ISO Management Representative.
- Establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of quality management system and ISO compliance.
- Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements through the organization.
- Define and implement operation standards, processes and procedures to comply with the delivery of services in regulated environment.
- Develop and manage service level agreements to customers and ensure service levels are quantified, and maintain.
- Be accountable to project resource, costs and timelines in the deliver of services of internal and external business unit initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 standards and requirements.
- B/S in Engineering, Industrial Management.
- Minimum two years in related field.
- Knowledge of company’s products.
- Knowledge of management
- Read and write English documents.
