Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales plans to penetrate new customers
- Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Conducting face to face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future business and build strong relationships
- Explore and identify all opportunities where VEST could provide effective solutions
- Understand customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues
- Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer
- Represent and convey the customer needs internally at VEST, and ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against their needs
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when needed
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs/events/campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering
- 5+ years of technical sales, project management, or other customer service experience
- Embedded solutions experience will be a plus
- Experienced in technical solution selling, with proven track record of sales and account management
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
- Meets and beats deadlines
- Able to travel frequently
