Job Description
The Onsite Technical Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer and management team to provide support on premises customer site. The primary focus of this position is to provide daily onsite technical support. The individual in this highly visible position must possess outstanding communication and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to prioritize information and support requests.
Job Responsibilities
· Follow design layout to perform Planarity and Alignment that meet the requirements for each probe card include adjusting, and alignment.
· Identify issues and resolve them without direction.
· Escalate problems to higher-level technical support professionals when necessary.
· Collaborate and communicate with higher-level technical support until problems are fully resolved.
· Troubleshoot and repair.
· Be exceedingly flexible with scheduling and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
· Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
· Reliable, self-motivated and consistently meets deadlines and is committed to quality work.
· Maintain an organized work area.
· Track all maintenance activity start to finish with proper documentation.
Job Requirements
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in P/A position or Probe card field.
· Work both effectively with others in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
· Familiar with Probe card or related field preferred.
· The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
· Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Has fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Expected Schedule:
Depending on business conditions/demand, daily working hours depends on the workload.
