Job Description
Responsible for all shipping / receiving activities:
Physically receive materials,
Ensure accurate counting of receipts,
Update database (PO’s) reflective of material receipts,
Report any discrepancies to purchasing / planning immediately & accurately,
Maintain 100% accurate on-hand inventory count,
Create shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices and carrier waybills. May be required to create international shipment documentation.
Packout products per customers’ specifications and ship per customers’ requirements utilizing carriers’ on-line portals.
Responsible for kitting materials & supplying manufacturing with materials from stockroom(s).
Responsible for indirect materials inventory management and replenishment (bin stock).
Periodical cycle counts performed to confirm physical counts and database (SAP / spreadsheet) reconciliation & updates.
Quarterly / Annual full physical inventory champion.
Contact person to internal suppliers (purchasing & planning) as the “owner” of programs inventory.
Responsible & comfortable working with customers’ logistics teams as needed.
Issuing all production supplies and consumables, physically and in database (pulling kits from stockroom).

Job Requirements
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent. AA preferred.
- May be required to supervise others.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the field or related areas (receiving, shipping, material management / warehouse supervision experience).
- Stockroom and material handling experience is a must.
- Forklift certification (with proof) is a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office required. Above average Excel skills required.
- SAP experience required, specifically materials / planning modules.
- Ability to read & write in English required.
- Ability to work overtime (including Saturdays) as needed based upon customer demand.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Team player and energetic.
