Job Description

Supply Chain Sales Support is primarily responsible to provide pre or/and post sales & logistics support to designated accounts, develop strong relationships, and actively participate in all aspects of industrial/commercial activities related to the order fulfillment of LSDI products —translating into steep revenue growth year-on-year

Job Responsibilities

  • Bilingual in Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Sales Support with management reporting and business analysis, preferably within an international environment

Job Requirements

  • Responsible to assist in the achievement of turnover, gross margin and accounts receivables collection, development and growth of designated accounts utilizing internal/external sales & marketing, logistics management tools.
  • Supply Chain Sales Support shall provide efficient and effective support to designated accounts to achieve or exceed total customer satisfaction as well as provide and update internal/external customers on business, market development and relevant information.
  • Supply Chain Sales Support must be aware of the actions of the competition in the market and continuously counter with actions in alignment with our business policies and strategies.
  • Supply Chain Sales Support shall comply with ISO and other internal quality control standards and requirements as well as participate in various company-wide initiatives/projects.
