Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales team on sales quote and order configurations.
- Support sales on various customer meetings and proposal generation.
- Provide training for internal Sales and Marketing team on the product and solutions to be promoted.
- Meet with vendors to understand their products and roadmap on features to be introduced in their new products.
- Interact with internal Engineering team to get product performance and diagnostic information of each hardware component.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in EE, CS or related technical field.
- 5+ years of industry experience and 3+ in sales support.
- Good communication skills for sales presentation, customer meeting and vendor communication.
- Expertise in the x86 server architectures including computing, storage and networking.
- Expertise in server component level knowledge and good understanding of feature/performance comparison among different vendors.
- Familiar with rack level layout design, power calculation and cabinets/PDUs comparison.
- Good knowledge of HPC, virtualization, cloud, big data and GPU solutions.
- Knowledge of OEM, enterprise, data center as different customer type and their requirements.
- Be able to travel for customer meeting if necessary.
- Pro-active and self-motivated.
